Wern Meadow Glamping escape offers the perfect secluded space to get away from the hustle of modern-day life and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of rural mid Wales. Set in the heart of beautiful Welsh countryside on a working family hill farm you will be surrounded by fields and the rolling hills of Radnorshire.
The site is located adjacent to an ancient broadleaf woodland of native tree and shrub species. The woodland is believed to have been in existence for over 400 years and supports a wide range of wild birds and animals. The wild bird dawn chorus is truly spectacular and helps you reconnect with the amazing sounds of nature.

Our accommodation
We are pleased to offer five delightful Bell Tents on site which can be booked either individually or as a whole site booking. Our Bell Tents come with one double bed and two single beds, with all bedding provided. Each Bell tent has a wood-burning stove inside for cosy evenings. Outside each tent there is a picnic bench along with a BBQ fire-pit, prefect for some “al fresco” dining on those warm summer evenings.
A hot shower, compost toilet and parking area are on site and a short walk away from the tents.

You can meet our very entertaining Pygmy Goats and beautiful Shetland Ponies on site who are part of our family. Our animals provide much amusement and therapy, supporting wellbeing and allow everyone to reconnect with nature.
Wern Meadow Glamping escape is the perfect secluded spot for wildlife being a safe space for wild animals and birds to thrive in their natural habitat. The beautiful protected ancient trees and hedgerows surrounding the site ensure the wildlife continues to thrive in a sustainable way and this is something we are extremely proud of.

The Local Area
Wern Meadow Glamping Escape is in a secluded rural area of stunning scenery, close to the border between England and Wales. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring by foot or bike with many open hill spaces to enjoy and take in the amazing views.
We are only 15 miles from the Royal Welsh Show ground and 19 miles from The Elan Valley dams and reservoirs so there is always lots of places to enjoy.
